Are the assessments scientifically validated?+
Yes. Every assessment in our library is built on peer-reviewed psychometric research with documented reliability (Cronbach's α > 0.8) and predictive validity for job performance.
Can candidates cheat on the tests?+
The RecruFY platform has over 10 built-in features that minimize the risk and likelihood of cheating in tests. If an applicant is found to be involved in fraud, their account will be immediately terminated and their results will not be sent to the company.
Do candidates need to install anything or create an account?+
You share a single link, and candidates complete the assessment straight in their browser. Depending on your settings, they can respond anonymously or be asked to sign in. Its designed to be frictionless so you do not lose good candidates to a complicated process.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard anytime and your account stays active until the end of the billing period.
What is the maximum number of tests that can be administered for one job position?+
You are not limited in the number of tests. You can specify 1 specific test or 30 tests at once to find a candidate for one job position. It all depends on the employer's wishes.
